Youth in Action and in Altruism Cyprus

Our name is YIAA! Cyprus which stands for Youth in Action and in Altruism. We are located in the seaside town of Larnaca in the beautiful island of Cyprus. Every member of our organization shares an honest passion for social activities, entrepreneurship and volunteering. We also have a huge amount of wanderlust which is something we try to feed with European opportunities that are presented, as getting acquainted to the diversity of different countries of the world. We believe that despite the rational differences we are all one. We think and act under on umbrella of philosophy: Altruism, Action, Equity. This have always been our main points and what we are trying to enhance in this world is around these targets.
Our main objective is to adress matters of Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, Business and Marketing, Environment, Democracy, Interculurality, Equality of People, Volunteering and Humanity Issues.
This organization has been built from 20 people of the same orientation in European projects. Although we are relatively young we have still managed in 6 months of existence to have 1 project of us ( Training Course ) approved, and still we will be partners in an other 7 projects! This has not come as a sudden incident, because as we mentioned before most of the people who are involved in the NGO have had similar experiences in the past with other NGO’s. That’s why we considered ourselves as reliable partners and we can provide assistance in any way needed. Let's make this life an experience worth living it, together...!
