Worldest Association

Worldest Organization is an informal youth group and was established in 2015 to enable young people to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities through non formal education in social, cultural and professional fields.

Worldest Organization’ projects are inspired by the principles and values of peace and nonviolence, equality in diversity, human rights, democracy and active participation, respect for the environment, cooperation, communication, solidarity, social inclusion, tolerance and interculturality.

The main purpose of Worldest Organization is to promote the sustainable development of young people through activities in education, training, culture, nonviolence, interculturality, solidarity, human rights, active citizenship, international cooperation, sport, well-being.
The main working area is the ‘Mobility of young people and youth workers’ under Erasmus+ Programme. In this context, it aims to develop the skills that meet the needs of the projects in line with the motivations and interests of the volunteers.

Objectives:
• To promote education and development for young people as a tool to foster individual and collective grow.
• To fight all forms of discrimination with the aim of contributing to community development, promoting social inclusion of the young people with fewer opportunities.
• To encourage intercultural dialogue with the objective of fostering mutual understanding and respect between individuals from different cultures, building the awareness of the intercultural enrichment achieved through the sharing of values, traditions.
• To improve methodologies, develop innovative strategies and tools in the field of youth, education and training through active international cooperation.
• To promote non-formal education as a vital tool in the education of youth as complementary to formal education.
Our volunteers contribute to the development, implementation and dissemination of projects in relation to the departments or areas of interest they are studying. They participate in the projects we are partners with, they create new activities in our youth group and local people with the information they have learned. They also contribute to new cooperation with local, national or international institutions and organizations.

Target Group:
• 18-25 years old, university students
• 25-30 years old, unemployed

Past projects

Eco-Tourism: Green Earth

This project will increase the awareness of ecotourism by increasing the capacity of 37 young people through knowledge of ecotourism and ecotourism activities.

Youth Works Strengthened with Social Media

This project aims to strengthen youth work by increasing the knowledge and skills capacity for using social media platforms and tools and creating visual media.

greENtrepreneur

Young people need to take into account climate change and environmental policies, take responsibility for sustainable business, and develop relevant skills.

EntreGreenShip

Against climate change and the impact of the economy on the environment, young people need to develop responsible businesses in relation to the environment.

Think Critically

To increase critical thinking skills among youth leaders, youth workers and NGO activists and their stakeholders through learning about tools and methods..

Careerland

Careerland aims to inform, guide and educate the professional dimension of young people through activities of career guidance and entrepreneurship.

Active Youth Workers in Social Media

This project aims to strengthen youth work by increasing the knowledge and skills capacity for using social media, tools, and digital skills as visual tools.

Tolerance Academy

The Roma community is the largest ethnic in the EU and considered the most disadvantaged group in Europe.

DECISION+

It aims to give visibility to the challenges, problems, needs, and opportunities of young people with fewer opportunities to address in future youth policies.
