The Palestinian National Association for Development and Innovation

The Palestinian National Association of Development and Innovation is a non governmental non profit Palestinian association locates in Gaza , it was established on 27th Feb2010 ,it was licensed by Ministry of Interior Number(7194) ,it basically aims to serve the disadvantaged Palestinians in Gaza Strip Governorates through introducing humanitarian and development projects .
It has a development sphere of work resulted from the urgent needs of the local community which participate in the social economic and cultural moderation in the Palestinian society .
Since establishment and starting work , many development projects and programs have been achieved aiming to participate in moderation and development of the local community as a result of economic ,social and cultural urgent needs for disadvantaged people including children ,women and youth

We are looking forward to be a distinctive charity which has effective participation in achieving the permanent development in social, economic, educational and cultural fields in the Palestinian society
Mission

We are specialized in social development field through introducing it's services in field of agriculture ,education, culture, health and capacity building for the target groups (children, women and youth) through implementing needed projects supervised by a qualified staff .

Objectives

1-Providing social, artistic and cultural services for people .
2-Participating with local and international organizations in implementing programs .
3-Presenting aids for the poor and disadvantaged people ,and working for the families unity as provided possibilities in the association .
4-participating in building a healthy civilized society with coordination of all the charitable organization .
5-promoting human rights as confirmed by the international laws ,covenants and treaties in addition to supporting the democracy in order to have freedom.
6-Developing and improving skills of the Palestinian staffs, the gifted, the students and alumni through professional and educational skills courses and establishing training programs to improve different skills for all segments of society ,and providing jobs creation opportunities .
7-Establishing educational ,media, human rights and training centers .
8-Caring of healthy programs and activities , establishing centers which promote the healthy work .
9-Developing women and children ,and improving their social, economic ,cultural and healthy level ,and promoting their social role .
10-Protecting and caring of the Palestinian heritage and identity

4-Community Support: contribute to improve social and economic conditions for the target group.
5-Training and education : giving people knowledge and skills to improve the performance and participation of community.
6-Capacity building : developing the capacity of the board and executive association
