Share Youth Association

As PAYGENCDER ( SHARE YOUTH ASSOCIATION), sharing is the most sincere act we have known. Share means paylaşmak in Turkish and the root of sharing is ‘PAY’ . Sharing does not exist without its pay (share). This is the depth behind this word that makes up our story. Having met on a common ground with the motivation to do our part, we set out as Share Youth Association.
The main purpose of our association in this field is to provide young people with opportunities to improve themselves in many areas. These areas are;
-Youth activities, policies
-research, education,
-culture,
-digitalization,
-social awareness,
-project management,
-To give importance to art, education, research, nature and the environment,
-human and living life
-Peace and tolerance
-meeting new cultures
-learning new languages
-organize activities to increase conscious democratic participation,
-to encourage the organizations of such activities,
-Supporting people and organizations working on those issues,
-to raise awareness
Share Youth Association has been initiated by a team of experienced and well-educated active young people, youth workers, volunteers, students, trainers, academicians, coordinators, project experts in order to increase the capacity of the society by organizing interactive training activities; It was founded as a democratic, secular, independent, transparent and youth-oriented civil society initiative.

As an organization we have organized and conducted many activities and training programs to help young people.

PAYGENCDER (SHARE YOUTH ASSOCIATION) has become a more active and self-improving association since its establishment. Our interests as an association:

-Youth research and education at local, national and international dimensions

-It carries out social and cultural activities in the fields of culture, tourism and employment at home and abroad.

PAYGENCDER (SHARE YOUTH ASSOCIATION) has emerged as an association that has adopted an idea that aims to develop young people with the help of other young people like them. Strengthened by the partnerships of professionals in their fields; youth research (academic and social), culture, social awareness and education (formal and informal) activities of individuals and legal entities, educational institutions, private sector and public institutions, non-governmental organizations, embassies, local government, European Union, United Nations and The Republic of Turkey It conducts social and cultural studies that will enable them to gain experience and assume more active social roles by successfully using cultural education and youth programs within the State of the Republic at local, national and international levels.

We have many and very important experiences as participants, group leaders and coordinators in Erasmus + programs and projects. As a non-governmental organization, in addition to making projects with young people, we have had projects with children, women and disabled individuals and especially with migrants and refugees in order to ensure their social integration. We work with professional staff such as pedagogues and psychologists because we care about people, especially young people. First of all, we formed international work teams and organized many training courses and youth trips in the youth movement. In all our activities and trainings, our aim has been to create volunteering awareness and volunteering opportunities. The activities and trainings organized by our association are managed by pedagogues and psychologists using prevalent education methods. As an association, we have responsibilities towards nature, environment and stray animals as well as humanity and youth. Our activities and campaigns have aimed to teach the importance of protecting nature, the pleasure of being in touch with nature, and the necessity of respecting others. For this reason, we organized donation campaigns to contribute and we succeeded. Owing to our trainings and experiences, we learned how to organize, implement and what to do in different projects or activities. We are aware of the importance of youth exchanges for the development of societies, so we offer young people opportunities to develop themselves.
