SEMRİN İK EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK

SEMRIN ACADEMY was established in 2011 in Adana/Turkey. The founders of SEMRIN is Dr. Sema Dal. She started her career as high school teacher. Later, she worked as a lecturer at Bilkent University, Faculty of Education/ ANKARA for 14 years. During this time she mentored pre-service teachers.
SEMRIN has two offices, one in Ankara and the other in Adana. It provides corporate/individual training and consultancy services throughout Turkey. SEMRIN continues to work with twelve trainers and three consultants and three coaches (ICF Certified Coaches) who are experts in their fields. SEMRIN has expertise in three subjects.

SEMRIN's areas of expertise:
I) SEMRIN provides trainings to corporations and school staff. Provides the necessary training to the personnel of the institution. SEMRIN also provides seminars and trainings to middle school, high school and university students on communication skills, body language, creative thinking, critical thinking, ...etc. It provides the necessary support to young people in their career journeys at university career days. SEMRIN also provides trainings to school teachers on various subjects. There are 10 trainers and 3 coaches working with us in our institution.

II) Another area of expertise of Semrin is providing coaching and mentoring trainings. Our institution is an ICF accredited institution and provides ICF approved coaching trainings to participants.

III) Thirdly, writing and managing European Union projects and working as a trainer in EU projects. We are currently a project partner of the Teacher Academy - Sustainable Communication, to which Belgium is an applicant.
