Real Talk CIC is a mental health storytelling social enterprise. We help individuals find agency in themselves through empowering their stories and voices. We believe creativity is a fundamental tool for wellbeing. We facilitate workshops and intimate events and also host trainings in a variety of contexts.

Our vision is a world that celebrates transparency around experiences of mental ill health and our mission is to use the tools of storytelling to empower connection, compassion and community.
