The Partner-Finding Tool
The non-profit organization Planet Citizens - Language Training 2024 commits to Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympics Games objectives which are to create an impact on professional insertion, talents' valorisation, and the promotion of social diversity and equal opportunities.
By enhancing the practice of languages to young people from underserved neighbourhood via their favourite sports, we are creating a generation of Olympic Languages Champions!
Our aims :
To prepare our territories to welcome worldwide athletes and spectators for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games .
To create opportunities for professional development and training, international mobility and job opportunities for the inhabitants of hosting the Olympic Games.
To encourage school success for youth from underserved areas.
To develop a multilingual culture.
To encourage women to practice sports.
To encourage the practice of sport of people with disability.
While always teaming up with the clubs' coaches and Planet Citizens' staff, our volunteer coaches will be tasked with the following missions:
- Create opportunities for club members to practice English during training sessions and outside.
- Assist coaches in preparing and conducting training sessions for different categories.
- Take part in school support weekly sessions.
- Develop the international programs of the clubs.
- Take part in developing female involvement in your sport.
- Get involved in the development of a pedagogical method with Planet Citizens' scientific committee.
- Get involved in your local community
Planet Citizens wants to welcome in Paris a dozen boxers from EU to promote diversity, intercultural dialogue, parity, European citizenship and olympic values.
