NGO "Center for Innovation and Social Development"

"Center for Innovation and Social Development" is a public, non-profit, non-political organization specializing in innovative ideas and projects in the cultural, social and economic spheres.
The Center was formed due to the ambitions of the team of young leaders and the overwhelming desire to create the platform for development of innovative ideas in Transnistrian region.
The CISD has been registered on February 13, 2015 in the judicial organs of Transnistrian region and additional registration in recognized judicial organs of Republic of Moldova has been made on October 6, 2015.

The mission of the Center:
To support social initiatives and innovative projects in order to generate social and economic potential of Transnistria and international cooperation.

The main activities of the Center:
• innovation in the education system of Transnistria by implementing local and international projects, the organization of academic mobility of students, teachers;
• development of highly qualified personnel in the region through training programs and training and development of professionals;
• support and development of youth infrastructure to stimulate initiatives of youth and students;
• implementation of innovative educational activities and the work of specialists in the field of education, social development, economics, law and civil society;
• the development of social entrepreneurship among civil society institutions, small and medium businesses.

The objectives of the Center:
• implementation of scientific research, education, advocacy, innovative information, consulting and expert activities in the field of education, social development, economics, law, governance, civil society;
• cooperation with educational institutions to develop the education system of Transnistria;
• conducting activities and programs for education, training and raising specialists qualification, education and science;
• a comprehensive youth development, empowerment for effective fulfillment and improvement its capacity;
• promoting social entrepreneurship in Transnistria;
• development of the third sector of Transnistria, legal and information support;
• participation in the implementation of the strategy "Sustainable Development of Transnistria";
• protection of human rights and civil society development.
