General Motive
In our country one of a big problem is poverty and disparity. Poverty and disparity yokes are broad main in childhood, young people, women and elders. These are experienced community to access to: Electricity; Education; Health; Nutrition; Employment Opportunity and other services while all of these are universally recognized and accepted as a human right. The fulfillment of this right is a challenge to many governments, in spite of the numerous local, regional, continental and international commitments towards this end. Here some causes of these challenges are high number of dependants, lack of community property/resources security and missing of infrastructure development, inadequate forum for Private Sector, NGOs and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to work together to identify community issues and refine processes for collaboration to supply to community with problems accessible, reliable, sustainable, and affordable services.
Mission Statement
Help the people through sustainable development programs addressing improvement, adequate financial resources; justice, ensure dignity and rights, and promote strategies that attend to human needs; especially these of Children; Youths; Women and elders. The organization searches to build upon existing long-term partnerships between the Private Sector Of Tanzania to reach; Education Quality Improvement; Increased Employment Opportunity; Natural Resources Conservation and Power Solution Initiatives.
VISION
Be a foremost organization in bringing together the talent of Children, Youth and Women throughout edification, career and training skill; to sustain them with healthy facilities; environmental research and conservation leading for all assembly and individuals self reliance for expecting much more healthy and knowledgeable stable society.
Values
The Value relates to Beneficiaries needs; innovation; hygienic and well-maintained facilities; safeguarding of natural surrounds and resources; reasonable, safe, and open recreational activities.
Objectives
1. TO inspire and support children for their Education requirements from grassroots kindergarten to university level;
2. TO ascertain integrated community-based on transformational development programs including but not limited to; support for children and youth educational and food security;
3. TO Increase the access of the community to thrift and credit through organized self-help groups;
4. TO promote vital education, health facilities and careers in the society for reducing unexpected pregnancy for girls and HIV/AIDS infection for all groups as anticipation and mitigation of diseases and epidemics such as malaria, HIV/AIDS and all immunes diseases;
5. TO support development ventures of youths and women, which will be inherited by their successors (i.e. children), and educate them modern economical strategies for achieving development style revelation to overcome the poverty;
6. TO raise awareness of their “living` earth’s natural power sites and energy grids, and to remind themselves spiritually awakened human with open hearts have the responsibility of activating and realigning them. As human and planetary vibratory frequencies are thus raised, so our unsustainable present realities will continue to be dramatically and permanently;
7. TO revitalize environmental conservation and research within the community without forget to provide emergency responsibilities to the vulnerable in conflict situation and other natural disaster environments;
8. TO realize best collaboration with individuals, government institution, non governments and international agents for bringing the best assistant to the target group; By engaging in Public Awareness and Advocacy that promotes the rights of youth, children and women development of effective local polices that enhance the quality of life within the society;
9. TO formulate standards of professional conduct for members and to encourage the appropriate professional attitude for quality members during the work of the organization and for this purpose, as it engage and provide in whole or in part for salaries, allowances and other emoluments of the officers and employees of the organization;
10. TO improve level of understanding upon leadership and governance among the youths and women;
11. TO do all such other things as are necessary either seen incidental or conducive for attainment of the above elaborated objectives individually or communally.

Light Dream Organization is among the Tanzanian organization having abundant and appropriate Strategic Programmes to address community challenges with them you alive. The data base indicates that the LiDO divisions found in Tanzania are grouped into the following three major categories:
I. Community Health Promotion, Education and Emerging Health Crises
II. Community social problems and environmental issues
III. Economic and Development
THE THREE KEYS TO SUCCESS IN PARTNERSHIP
A. Working together to identify community issues and refine processes for collaboration with Donor project partners and other Donor community agencies/organizations and universities.
B. Bringing significant new resources, information, ideas, technologies, and/or partners to development activities for Successful proposals to mobilize private sector contributions, both cash and in-kind resources.
C. Developing and bringing small-scale projects to closure during and well beyond the life of these operations as stated here:
1. Collaboration in establishing annual work objectives and approval of an annual work plan not limited for one program;
2. Collaboration in assessing progress and identifying issues that arise, which may impact the success of programs;
3. Collaboration in determining corrective actions, where necessary.
4. Approval of key personnel and any subsequent changes in the positions during the life of the programmes.
5. Establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system of the production capacity, storage capacity and distribution ability for reaching alliance goals.

Light dream Organization recently is granted to implement environment projects by Ministries of Natural Resources and Tourism in Tanzania, starting with two pilot protected areas-Ugalla River game reserve of Tabora and Katavi Eco-system of Katavi Region, expected to be one of the largest and most respected wildlife conservation operators in the market. Those should start to offer conservation education, financial and insurance services, protein and income alternatives generating services and Community eco-tourism services within and around the protected areas.

LiDO aim to offer a comprehensive range of services to support the rural economic growth, including natural resource management services, water and sanitation services; youth and women empowerment, girls and vulnerable group’s education support, health promotion, rural energy solution briefings, Agriculture and travel insurance, Local community eco-tourism services, small scales miner training; research services; micro finance services and a directory of services specific to each destination and activity.
