The association works for the civil progress pursuing exclusively charitable purposes. In particular, promote the welfare and full and real citizenship of women and young people in the social, cultural, economic and political. Encourage integration and the active participation of the citizens of the social, cultural, economic and political life of the community going to operate in a particular way on the obstacles which prevent active participation.

Initial experience was the creation of a Youth in Action project 1.2 on the theme of work, carried out from August 2012 to June 2013 in order to explore the theme of the transaction work and training of young people in the region. Through activities involving in particular the young people aged between 18 and 30 years, they discussed all the concerns of today's youth with the job.

Kubeu aims to address gender issues and active participation in social life, with particular attention to the younger generation to avoid forms of malaise and "dispersion".
