İzmir Eco Youth

İzmir Eko Youth Group was established in İzmir in December 2020 under the leadership of the legal representative Erhan Şahan. Our group continues its work in Izmir. Our members consist of people from different professions and students from different fields. Our founding staff is experienced in European youth mobility. Our members and legal representative have been involved in many projects in different cities in the past years. Our group is an informal group and it has been created to raise awareness in young people in order to increase environmental awareness. The primary goal of our group is to initiate awareness for a livable world first in the individual and to contribute to increasing the number of conscious and environmentalist young people. In order to achieve this, it is primarily to show individuals the seriousness of climate change by exemplifying them, to teach them the extreme weather events as a result of climate change and the crucial effect of drought. In this context, our goal is to increase the individual awareness of young people, who are informed through the work of our team, for a more livable future and to spread environmental activities.
