The basis of our school is the respect for environment: we grow and sell our products on a sustainable basis. Everything is organic. This year we are involved in an eTwinning project called "Mind your diet" along with other schools from other countries in Europe and we got a Quality Certificate for it.
Our school cooperates with a lot of farms/ public organisations all over Italy.
