„I am the best!” Talent Mentoring NGO

Founded in 2010, Budapest based, ”I am the best!” Talent Mentoring NGO specialises itself in talent support. By means of its Generational Talent Mentoring Programme the organisation is in touch with youngsters from the targeted age group of 18-30 years. The organisation is also in contact with Budapest high schools and universities as well as with local voluntary foundations or vocational training institutes.

Since we are convicted that in the form of a personal collection of competencies everyone has his/her unique values our fundamental aims are:
• to provide group members with an opportunity to discover and experience their innate capabilities
• to offer such a caring and mentoring methodology that
• supports participants in their self-realisation
• advances their learning processes and vocational knowledge
• facilitates professional excellence by featuring them with individual careerplans

In each special case, the programme seeks for all those qualities that are loveable, unique, valuable or extraordinary in any way. During groupwork we generate real life situations in which former experiences and active involvement can equally help members cross their fears. Here we also aid them in revealing their own covert characteristics. With the time passing, they will be able to incorporate their solution of a task in their daily routine.

During the workshops we are laying great emphasis on exploring hidden individual positive values and talents that make creation of a positive career model possible. Through their work assisting program, experts (such as coaches, trainers, psychologists, specialists etc.) support individual self-realisation, help their learning and developmental processes as well as their career plans.
