The aim of our organization is to offer possibilities for youngsters, so that they can spend their free time usefully while their personality is being constructively developed. We offer alternatives for programs, during which we introduce an environmentally conscious, active life to the youngsters using non- formal education and informal learning.
Our activities are for the 16-26-year-old age group, aiming the involvement of young people in the non-formal and informal learning, under which we want youngsters to become responsible European citizens. The development of youngsters’ competences, skills and personality aims that by having these new skills, competences and attitude, youngsters will have increased chances to get a job on the labor market, to which the encouragement of young people’s initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship is also essential.
During our programs we promote the importance of lifelong learning, sports, outdoor activities, healthy lifestyles, environmental issues, art and dance, which all are carried out by using various outdoor and indoor tools, such as wall and rock climbing, hiking, street theater, operation of amateur dance and theater group and juggling.We plan and organize our programs based on youngsters’ grassroots initiatives, which encourages youngsters’ active participation as well as their social inclusion in the society. During our programs, it is an essential goal to raise young people's awareness of the importance of their own culture, while we draw their attention to European values such as solidarity, acceptance, tolerance, inclusion, equality, European awareness, cultural understanding, multilingualism and the importance of knowing foreign languages.
In our programs, we focus on the involvement of youngsters with fewer opportunities. Thus, besides the opportunities and benefits mentioned above, we help the socialization and resocialisation of youngsters with fewer opportunities as well. Our youngsters with fewer opportunities face several obstacles such as educational, economic, social and geographical difficulties. We constantly help them how to fight and overcome these obstacles.
