European Association of Education and Progress "PIONIER"

ESER ‘PIONIER’ was founded November 29, 2006.
ESER ‘PIONIER’ is primarily the implementation of projects, which primary purpose is education, community mobilization, reducing distance between cultures, learning foreign languages, training in media and public relations.
ESER ‘PIONIER’ invites young people, students, people 50+ and foreign organisations. It gives a chance to meet interesting, new and open-minded people from all over Europe.
ESER ‘PIONIER’ constitutes an association of young people and despite the fact that it is still a new initiative, it is already very active. The main objectives of the association are:
-to propagate the idea of education and self-education amongst young people,
-to initiate meeting of young people from all around the world,
-to react and help to eliminate problems concerning children and young people,
-to support social initiatives aiming at development and education,
-to combine partners for mutual undertakings.
ESER ‘PIONIER’ basically relies on knowledge and involvement of its members, who distinguish themselves with their extensive experience, resulting from their participation in other NGOs. Selecting members of our team, we create our initiatives to meet the needs arising in local environment. In order to facilitate our efforts, we establish local and international, as well as raise funds. At this moment, we are coordination centre of the programme ‘PROJEKTOR – student voluntary service’ operating in Warmia and Mazury province.
The evolution of coordination of the programme ‘PROJEKTOR – student voluntary service’ has made the greatest impact on the direction of the development of the association. The key objective of the programme is to reach children and youngsters in the localities of up to 20 thousand inhabitants. The programme has recruited around 400 volunteers, motivating them as well as ensuring the path of personal development.
Currently, ESER ‘PIONIER’ has been cooperating with several Partners. We are considered as 'specialists’ in the field of voluntary service and the mobilization of young people. This year, we have been awarded the Status of the Organization Volunteer-Friendly in Warsaw. What is more, our association has been rewarded at the NGO Fair in Olsztyn with a journey to Brussels.
