Crosscare Dundrum/Rathdown

The work of DRYS is focused on working with young people from areas of socio-economic disadvantage. The emphasis is on addressing and combating marginalisation. The ethos of DRYS is to deliver the work within a framework that embraces the principles of social justice and equity, with the aim of creating a nurturing, inclusive, open environment that allows the voice of the young person to be actively heard. Through the provision of both formal and informal developmental programmes it is hoped that young people will be encouraged to think critically and engage positively within society. Therefore DRYS hopes to provide opportunities that enhance the lives of young people and afford pathways to realising their potential.
