CCB achieves its mission through 5 specialised areas:
Proximity service area: The area has been set up to ensure a shared organisational direction to the actions aimed at responding to local needs of citizens and families through easily accessible services.
CCb acts through its partners widespread along the territories involved, able to guarantee high quality services and expertise.
Range of actions focus on unaccompanied migrant minors, student's traineeships,
foster care, corporate welfare, pedagogical and educational services for families, and a wide range of actions for schools dropout and promotions of innovative skills for youth training like “flipped classroom, coderdojo and relevant activities to promote student's traineeships.

Migration area: Since 2011, CCB has managed welcome and integration services for migrant coming from North Africa creating a wide network of support services with the active participation of more municipalities, balanced to the volume capacity of their territories.
CCB represents the biggest organisation for welcome and integration services for migrants active in the province of Monza and Brianza.

Social housing area: Social Housing sector is active since 2013, with the aim of supporting people living in the same place sharing habits, services and relationship. Guests are welcomed from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 18 months, and then people- principally young mothers and their babies- found an apartment autonomously.

Tourism and Culture area: The area is the most recent activated in 2016 whose mission is to develop social tourism promoting excellence and innovation with the design of new touristic products.
The area is contributing to the development of 3 principal activities:
- Design of new touristic products
- Supporting training for cooperative’s partners working in the touristic sector
- Supporting the inclusion of disadvantages people in cooperatives partners.
