Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG)

In its 15th year, Community Volunteers Foundation, created in 2002 as an initiative by a group of youth and adults, has thousands of volunteers who reach out to hundreds of thousands of individuals in almost every city across Turkey. My organization trains the trainers who implement peer to peer trainings on subjects such as volunteerism, project management, human rights, social rights, reproductive health, health literacy and organizational management,
It offers face to face support to the university student clubs according to their local needs,

Moreover, it provides opportunities of scholarships and internships to young people,
It alsa creates learning milieus that increase youth mobility, which in turn supports learning from other young people and youth organizations.
Furthermore, it supports young people’s ideas on social problems specific to their projects and helps them find financing for these projects,
It Investigates and contacts stakeholders to increase awareness of the needs of university students in the public sphere.Community Volunteers Foundation brings young people together so they may learn by experience, and so they may contribute to the continuity of a democratic society.
