CEIR is a non-profit and non-governmental organization committed to promotion of education, research, development and transfer of practical knowledge and skills of the population, especially the youth, with the aim of developing and improving the quality of life of the entire society.

- Advocacy for motivation, promotion and raising awareness about the importance of development and application of practical knowledge and skills to improve the quality of life of the society.
- Increased knowledge and skills of the community, especially the youth;
- Inclusion of youth with special needs in the educational process;
- Training and networking of youth to start their own business or employment;
- Promotion of social education;
- Promotion of creative learning;
- Transfer of knowledge and good practices among countries in the region and EU;
- Promotion of using new technologies in education
