our association wishes to favour transnational cultural links by encouraging partners from participating partners to cooperate and work in order to bring to fruition joint cultural activities. Culture and creative activities are essential factors in the reinforcement of social framework between different bodies while favouring the development of european co-operation in the long term. Furthermore, our association wishes to allow the various participants in other countries, from rural communities, to construct common cultural activities. we wish to enable members suffering in some cases from handicaps which are not apparent to collaborate with other Europeans sharing the same artistic orientation and thus extend their cultural rangebeyond their own frontiers by coming to display their works in european countries
