"ArTeam"

"ArTeam" Bulgaria is a youth association, which connects active adventurous people together. The organization has a psychological expertise and is mainly focused on mental health and well-being. We develop and conduct psychological researches, analysis of the results and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied methodologies, as well as tailoring the needed improvements based on the feedback of the target groups. We organize focus groups and seminars.

The representatives of Arteam Bulgaria have significant experience working in schools and as counseling psychologists with a background in clinical, consultative and abnormal psychology, psychoanalysis and cognitive behavior therapy. We provide group and individual psychological support for youth with a special focus on those from disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. We also have experience in the prevention of bullying and discrimination in the classroom and school setting providing both individual and group psychological support.

The main areas of our activities are:
- Mental health and well-being
- Crafting workshops and educational seminars on the topics of emotional intelligence, time management, habit formation, negotiation skills, etc.
- Young people from vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities
- Sport psychology
- School psychology
- Raising awareness campaigns
- Prevention of early school leaving
- Prevention of bullying and discrimination
- Informal education and development of social and emotional skills, soft skills and self-awareness

Several years ago ArTeam started implementing sports and outdoor activities as a method for social inclusion of people from vulnerable groups, with a central focus on people with disabilities, in their local community and promoting strong values, fair play and teamwork. Through our work, we have focused on the following inclusion and diversity, gender equality and equal access to sports and physical activity for all. We have several successful KA2 Youth, Adult and Sport projects so far.
