Our Vision:
Our vision is for the youth and children in the Oltenia region to be active participants in society, developing a sense of solidarity for their community while having access to non-formal learning opportunities that will subsequently ensure them a career that corresponds to their potential.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to contribute to the personal and professional development of youth and children, as well as to their education and culture, particularly in non-formal settings, so that they become active and responsible citizens.
Our General Objectives:
● Involvement in identifying and solving the problems faced by the youth in the community.
● Development of support programs for the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups.
● Providing opportunities for non-formal education and professional training for volunteers and youth workers.
● Promoting local and international volunteering as tools for change and social inclusion.
● Defending human rights and European values and promoting them among youth and children in the community.
● Facilitating cultural exchange and the sharing of European values among young people from around the world.
Target Group:
Our primary target group consists of youth (80%) and children (20%):
● Youth aged between 15 and 30 years
● Youth involved in local volunteering, especially within student associations
● NEET youth (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
● Youth and children categorized as having fewer opportunities
● Children from disorganized families or those in institutions
