We are pleased to introduce Akhisar Nadide Fazıl Aysu-Fatih Primary School, located in Akhisar, Manisa, Turkey. Our school serves 353 students with a dedicated team of 22 teachers and includes one special education class. We strive to provide inclusive, high-quality education for all our students, including 10 refugee students and 15 students with special educational needs.

Our school community faces socio-economic challenges, yet our committed staff and supportive families create a nurturing learning environment. We have prior experience in eTwinning projects, offer literacy programs for parents, and provide diverse extracurricular activities including drama, folk dance, and supervised sports programs.

As the coordinator of this initiative, I bring 26 years of teaching experience and 12 years as a school administrator, with expertise in guidance, psychological counseling, special needs education, inclusive education, and family support. I have coordinated Erasmus projects before and participated in accreditation processes.

We are particularly interested in Teacher Mobility projects, aiming to:
• Observe and learn best practices in European schools,
• Adapt innovative methods to our context,
• Promote equal opportunities for disadvantaged groups, and
• Enhance professional development of our teaching staff.

Although our school has limited prior experience in EU projects, our team is motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to engage actively in collaborative initiatives. We believe a partnership with your school will foster mutual learning, exchange of expertise, and sustainable educational impact.
