ADCN is non-profit, independent, apolitical and legal personality. Association's main objective is training and development of young people from our city, representing the active partner of the local authority, church and cultural institutions involved in formal and non-formal education of children, parents, teachers and the medical staff in programs information, awareness and respect for human rights and children, in improving the health of the population and the formation and consolidation of moral and civic values of children, youth and adults.
