ABC PROCE

The ABC PROCE Group is a non-profit, informal youth group founded in 2005 by youth workers, whose activities are increasingly on a voluntary basis.

The activities are linked to youth and skills development, especially by using non formal education methods to be more opened minded to other cultures, teach to adapt, work in international teams and be more competitive in the job market. The mission of our NGO is to create space for young people to develop themselves, share experience and be active citizen in the society. We strongly believe that young generation play very important role in our society, as they represent future of all of us.

The main purpose of our group is to:

-Raise awaireness many values such as respect for democracy and human rights, equality, freedom, participation, free discussion environment, tolerance, pluralism, freedom of critical thinking and expression among the youth. We have set itself the goal of adopting the three basic values, "Follow-up and Responsibility, Fairness and Honesty, and Empathy and Emotion" Even though we have undertaken many social responsibility projects such as the Material Pickup Campaign, They Forgot, We Remember, Reading Book Festival, Support to Spinal Cord Paralysis Project, Hearing Impairment Support Project, all of these projects have been realized by creating resources from their own fields.

As a result of the training of some of our group's students about the European Union Education and Youth Programs, we were the first to know about Youth Projects and European opportunities. We have received YouthPass certifications for the first time with an international youth projects experience with our Youth Projects (Lets Have a Cup of Coffee Youth Exchange Project and Community Problem Solving Training Course project), which we have prepared with great motivation in 2016 and 2017 and which we think will contribute to our educational life at the end of the project.

Our main goals:
- To support personal development of young people through organizing youth exchanges in Turkish Republic and sending people abroad.
- Promoting the Erasmus+ Programme, especially mobility of youth exchanges and training courses
- Encouraging young people with active citizenship
- Promoting the culture of entrepreneurship.
- Providing support and activities which develop young people’s skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals;
- Organising training courses, strategic partnership projects, and exchange of experience projects, national and international projects, in different fields.
