GULP

GULP is an organization active in lobbying, advocacy, policy research, campaigning, EU and national projects and activities targeting global issues such as the objectives following the MDGs.

GULP promotes the principles of:
Social Shared Responsibility, seen as a new paradigm that covers many topics related to social commitment and participation.
European citizenship: in the sense of promoting participation in youth projects, or even more simply to develop projects under the Erasmus+ framework generally increase young people's inclusion not only in Italy but in a more global perspective.
Active Citizenship:
Promoting active citizenship is one of our core missions, connected to reaching out to young people inside and outside of Europe, promoting the different possibilities they have to develop their own personality and open up to a world that can not be reduced only to their region or its neighborhood. We would like to provide the opportunity for anyone to be able to find their way through real experiences.
Empathy:
With crises, wars and massacres that occur every day in the world we are losing our sensitivity towards acts and events that should make us stop for a moment and think. It is necessary to re-create or revive this sense of belonging and civil liability, which should stimulate us every day to do something to make it better, instead of destroying it.
