Training objectives:
- To understand how an organisation’s values and mission can be translated into a clear and coherent way of communicating who you are and what you do to their target groups.
- To explore how organisations can build a recognisable identity based on authenticity, values and meaningful messages through different means (visual identity, organisational culture, activities, etc.).
- To develop practical skills to strengthen the visibility of an organisation in a way that is accessible and easy for others to recognise and understand.
- To learn how communication, storytelling and simple tools can support youth participation and help young people connect with an organisation’s ideas and activities.
- To create space for participants to share experiences, reflect on their local realities and explore how their organisations currently engage young people and their communities.
Participants profile:
This activity is intended specifically for active members of NGOs and organisations working in the field of youth education. Please apply only if you are an active member of the organisation you will be representing.

Stowarzyszenie YoWo Poland (Youth NGO)
YoWo Poland is a non-governmental organisation based in Poland, established in 2020. We have got a lot of experience in youth work, but even more enthusiasm and motivation to create local and international youth projects.
Our mission is to promote active citizenship, volunteering, conscious lifestyle, as well as to encourage young people to participate in European mobility opportunities through which they can experience intercultural learning.

There is no participation fee to join this activity.
Accommodation and food
All costs are covered by the hosting organisation and funded through the Erasmus+ programme.
Travel reimbursement
Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ programme rules and distance bands. Reimbursement will be processed in accordance with the hosting organization’s reimbursement policy.
