Objectives and benefits of the training course
You are invited to take part in an online training, designed not only for your individual learning but also to benefit your entire organisation. The training starts with a kick-off online meeting, followed by asynchronous training tasks on the HOP learning platform, which you can complete at your own pace.
The core of the training includes 5 half-days and 1 whole day, real-time sessions on Zoom, taking place between 19 and 29 January 2026. These include five sessions for you and one session open to other members of your organisation, too.
To complete the training, you'll continue with follow-up tasks and self-paced learning on the HOP platform.

We are looking for participants (together with other members of their organisations) who:
The concept of the TOSCA is based on the experience of the network of National Agencies and established by a pool of trainers with the support of Resource Centres. The activity will be facilitated by two experienced trainer members of the TOSCA pool.
