Work in the field of European project management is sometimes complicated at the organizational level. This project aims to bring together workers in the field of European projects to share management and implementation tools that can be useful for organizations and for individual workers.
Project objetives:
- Share the tools that we use in our day to day that we consider may be useful for the rest of the organizations attending the project
- To gather workers from different European countries to create an organized work methodology that we can share at the European level
- To share good practices in the field of European projects
Are you interested in participating in this project? We are looking for:
1. People who can share tools that can be basic or specific, focusing on organization (Excel tables, tools for the logistics of the activities we implement, scheduling, budgets...) They don't have to be innovative, just that they work in your organization!
2. People who actively work in the field of European projects and who have experience in project management

Asociación Las Niñas del Tul (Others)
Las Niñas del Tul is a non-profit cultural association that has been carrying out activities in the province of Granada for more than 20 years. We are an organisation with extensive experience in youth work that focuses on the methodology of non formal education to offer, primarily, opportunities at the individual level for personal development through experimentation and learning outside the comfort zone and at the same time, to provide the organizations with which we work and collaborate with the necessary information to exploit the resources available to them. We do all this from our base in Granada and thanks to the team of professionals and volunteers that we have. That is why our main objective is to develop and carry out cultural activities with the ultimate aim of promoting human rights and always taking into consideration the values that define us: respect, empathy, diversity, inclusion, tolerance, equality, environmental awareness and protection. of the historical-artistic heritage.

There is no participation fee for this project
Accommodation and food
All accommodation and meal costs are covered from the 20th (starting from the dinner) until the 26th (finishing with the breakfast)
