Theatre for Inclusion

Training Course

23-30 January 2026 | Slovenia

The ‘Theatre for Inclusion’ project is a call to action in order to equip participants with tools to address some of the issues we are facing in our societies regarding lack of empathy and inclusion.

The issues are many and seem to be increasingly urgent therefore this project is of great importance to give awareness to strategies that can help youth-workers in supporting their target-groups,  through their organisations, in getting better and stronger answers to the issues they’re facing. Methodologies like Storytelling for Inclusion, Theatre of the Oppressed, Improvisation Theatre and Clowning among others will be used to empower participants to act as agents in their own organisations of empowerment and change.

The aims of the project are:

- To empower youth-workers with different strategies to address the issues of their communities.

- To create multiplier agents that can share and spread means to foster change and inclusion.

- To reinforce theatre as one of the most effective techniques to promote and give light to social issues.

- To put inclusion and mental health in the center of the action.
