Training Course for Youth Workers and Leaders
This training course is organized by JuBuK, Germany and it is financed by the European program Erasmus+. The society in this rough times is in urgent need of „‟individuals who are able to take financial resources and convert them into changing the world in the most positive ways”. The scope of „The Social Start-up‟ training is to provide youth workers with an insight on social entrepreneurship, which could possibly operate as the main catalyst in inspiring young people to apply social entrepreneurship. The practical exercises of the training will be based on non-formal education in order to guide participants to go beyond the understandable and the predictable. The portfolio exercises will encourage creativity and boost young entrepreneurs‟ confidence. Particular objectives:  -To exercise entrepreneurship through workshops and practical exercises  - To inspire the next generation of social entrepreneurs.  --To identify the challenges of our time in order specific solutions and models for sustainable social organizations to be developed.  - To create strong partnerships for future projects concerning social entrepreneurship 34 participants will come from Germany, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Malta, Norway, Romania, FYROM Macedonia, Poland, Latvia, United Kingdom and Portugal. This is a call only for additional participants from Germany, UK, FYROM Macedonia and Poland to fill empty places. There are 3 spots available for each of these countries.

JuBuK is non-governmental, non-profit organization which was founded in 2008. Since that time we organized a lot of national and international projects on the topics of bridge building, active citizenship, entrepreneurship, inclusion, interreligious dialogue, gender, migrants issues, intercultural dialogue, capacity building and leadership. The target group of our organization are young people with migrant background mostly coming from the East Europe. Main activities: seminars and training courses, educational trips and local events.

Costs

Board and accommodation will be covered by the hosting organization. Participation fee: 35 Euro The travel costs will be reimbursed for the cheapest and direct way of transport and only under the condition that the participant will take part in the whole project. The travel costs will be reimbursed up to the following maximum amount: Germany: up to 100 Euro Poland, UK, FYROM Macedonia: up to 275 Euro

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
