Training Course

Main, long term aim of this project is to improve quality, availability and visibility of youth work, by building capacities of youth workers and youth leaders to create and implement new and innovative programs in the sphere of digital youth work.

This project aims to offer space for reflection on the experience in the period of pandemic, lock-down and restricted mobility, draw some conclusions and capitalize on the lessons learned. Main, long term aim of this project is to improve quality, availability and visibility of youth work, by building capacities of youth workers and youth leaders to create and implement new and innovative programs in the sphere of digital youth work.

 

WHAT CAN YOU GET OUT OF THIS PROJECT?

  • Acquiring new and improve existing digital competences;
  • Increasing your competence in developing and implementing youth work programs;
  • Improving your communication, leadership and teamwork skills;
  • Learning how to use different digital tools in order to support active participation of young people;
  • Having new tools for working with young people on different topics relevant to your target group;
  • Be more confident in developing and implementing international projects;
  •  

The participants should:

  • be youth workers and youth leaders; volunteers or staff of organisations, youth clubs, youth centres, etc.
  • be from Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Turkey, Lithuania, Portugal or Greece
  • be able to communicate efficiently in English
  • be motivated to contribute actively in the full project in all of its phases
  • be committed to disseminate the learning outcomes on local level
  • be ready to experience, share & explore!

Participation fee

There is no participation fee.

Accommodation and food

You can find a map of the place here.

The training will happen in Veliki Gaj, a calm village of around 500 inhabitants located in the South Banat District in Vojvodina. We will stay in the Magnet House; More about accommodation you can see on this link.

Three meals per day and coffee breaks will be arranged during the program. We, as a group, will be responsible for the caring and cleaning of the spaces that we will be using to keep a friendly and respectful environment.

There will be a common transfer from Belgrade to Veliki Gaj and vice versa the day of arrival and of departure (more details will be disclosed in the confirmation letter).

Travel reimbursement

The travel, accommodation, food and the program itself are co-funded by European Union through the ERASMUS+ program.

The organizers will reimburse travel costs for the amount showed in the original boarding passes, tickets and invoices, up to the limits indicated in the ERASMUS+ program guide (see the table on next slide ). For this reason is essential that you bring with you and keep all the original tickets and invoices of the traveling. Please note that the amounts indicated in the table are the MAXIMUM amounts that will be reimbursed, all the costs exceeding these amounts will be covered by you.

  • Bosnia and Herzegovina - 210€
  • The Republic of North Macedonia - 210€
  • Greece - 275€
  • Lithuania - 275€
  • Italy - 275€
  • Turkey - 275€ 
  • Portugal - 360€
