23-29 June 2022 | Prishtina, KOSOVO * UN RESOLUTION

A Seminar will be organized to finalize the Module for Non Formal Learning part of the project. The intention is to combine new participants and the ones that were part of the training in January/February to finalize the module of NFL.

A 7 days Seminar (arrival date: 23.06.2022 – departure: 29.06.2022) for the finalization of the Module for Non Formal Learning that will be held in Hajvali, Kosovo. After testing the activities, participants of the training course will gather once more to finalize the module of NFL. They will bring all the possible feedback from the Local Level and will finalize every single activity that will be part of the NFL module.

In this way the chapters of the module will include the themes of: Intercultural dialogue, social inclusion, gender, and voluntarism.

Objectives of the Seminar are:

  • To gather the most experienced Youth Leaders, Trainers, Youth Workers, Project Managers, and people from NGO’s to develop common tools and the objective: to increase the quality of youth work and non-formal education.
  • To promote awareness for modernisation of education system through NFL and sharing experience between participant countries To strengthen the cooperation between all involved stakeholders 
  • Revise all the activities designed from participants according the feedback received during validation

Finalize the module of Non Formal Learning Activities.

Profile of the participants: 

Seminar is one important activity which is expected to contribute on finalizing and returning the module in a more professional manner which afterwards will be as a ready-tool for different entities. We expect that participants of different engagement at NGOs to develop common tools and to improve their presentation skills and their ability to work in a foreign language. Participants will gain experiences in exposing themselves into new and unknown circumstances, which will allow them to grow their capability to adapt and at the same time recognize their ideas and plans. We also expect participants to get involved in future projects and to be able to use their newly gained experience in their organization. Each partner will have to send three representatives.

Priority will be given to participants who were part of the training course in January-February 2022.

Travel reimbursement

  • Kosovo - no travel costs are reimbursed,
  • Albania - cheapest way of travelling, up to 20 euro
  • Serbia - cheapest way of travelling, up to 180 euro
  • North Macedonia - cheapest way of travelling, up to 180 euro 
  • Italy - cheapest way of travelling, up to 180 euro 
  • Belgium - cheapest way of travelling, up to 275 euro 
  • Bulgaria - cheapest way of travelling, up to 180 euro 
  • Estonia - cheapest way of travelling, up to 275 euro 

If the value of a return ticket is more than the approved budget, the project will reimburse up to the amounts written on the budget lines. If the value is less than the budget, the project will reimburse the amount based on cost.

Do not purchase any ticket if you are not contacted by the organiser or co-organisers
