Raivotech is an online-course available on Moodle and Youtube http://raivotech.emphasyscentre.com/ The course will focus on four aspects: Recruiting Training Retaining Rewarding The course consists of: 20 short, fun and informative videos Practical steps (and tips) that you can apply directly to your organisation Tool kits and resources A self-assessment tool to test your knowledge A community and forum to share best practices Online resources on Moodle YouTube Channel This course should take you a few hours to complete, including the practical applications. You can follow the course at your own pace. Interested to join us ? Sign up in Moodle! Launch early March 2018. The course will be open for 2 months to start with.
