This training course provides a comprehensive overview of the digital tools and technologies essential for modern project management. Participants will explore practical ways to integrate digital solutions into their work while strengthening their problem-solving and innovation skills in digital environments.

Throughout the training course, participants will:

  • explore project management software and how to use it effectively in digital projects
  • learn about collaboration tools and cloud-based solutions for remote teamwork
  • gain basic understanding of data analytics for project decision-making
  • develop creative thinking and problem-solving skills in digital contexts
  • apply innovation methodologies and digital transformation strategies in project management

The training combines theoretical input with interactive and practical activities, supporting participants in developing key competences for managing and implementing digital projects.
