The aim of this Youth@Work event is to empower youth workers to design and facilitate transformative experiences rooted in the values of the New European Bauhaus — inclusion, sustainability, and beauty — by integrating the U Theory framework, cultivating presence and deep inclusion within a reflective and creatively engaging environment to boost creativity and youth entrepreneurial competences.

Methodology:
The training course is grounded in the principles of non-formal education and draws from the intersecting frameworks of the New European Bauhaus, Theory U, and experiential learning. It is designed as a process-oriented, participatory journey where learning emerges through doing, reflecting, creating, and connecting.
Participants’ profile:
Youth workers, trainers, educators, facilitators working in non-formal education and youth work development contexts committed to integrating values of inclusion, sustainability, and beauty into their work with young people to boost their entrepreneurial competences.

This event is part of the Youth@Work Partnership on Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship of Erasmus+/ESC National Agencies. Youth@Work is the alliance of the Erasmus+/European Solidarity Corps National Agencies of Italy (the leading NA), Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Republic of North Macedonia, Spain, and Türkiye, as well as of the SALTO-YOUTH Eastern Europe and Caucasus (Poland), SALTO-YOUTH South East Europe (Slovenia) and SALTO-YOUTH Training and Cooperation (Germany) Resource Centres.
