Need Advice on Improving the Inclusion and Innovation of your Training Practices? Take Our Free Self-Assessment!

E-learning

24-31 December 2025 | Belgium - FR

Assess how responsible, inclusive and sustainable your practices are with the free IN-DigiT self-assessment tool. Get practical recommendations to improve accessibility, equity, data protection, innovation and more.

Digital tools shape how we teach, train, and support learners, yet many organisations in Europe struggle to ensure that their digital practices are actually inclusive, responsible and sustainable.

The EU-funded IN-DigiT Self-Assessment Tool helps trainers and organisations reflect on their digital maturity and identify concrete ways to improve.

Developed by a European partnership (France, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Bulgaria), this free tool guides training providers and education professionals in strengthening their digital approaches through a quick questionnaire.

After completing the questionnaire, users receive:

  • a personalised snapshot of current digital practices
  • strengths and areas needing improvement
  • tailored suggestions linked to responsible digital principles

What does the tool assess?
Seven essential qualities of a socially responsible digital practice:

  • Inclusive (accessibility for all learners)
  • Equitable (equal opportunities and outcomes)
  • Protective (privacy and data rights)
  • Frugal (environmentally mindful use of digital tools)
  • Facilitating (reducing learning barriers)
  • Democratic (transparency and participation)
  • Innovative (targeted, meaningful digital innovation)

The tool is multilingual, user-friendly, and designed for individual reflection and organisational improvement.

Who Is This For?

  • Youth and adult educators and trainers
  • VET and training centre staff
  • Digital learning and content designers
  • Organisational managers and coordinators
  • Anyone wanting to improve responsible digital practices in education and training

How to Participate

Participation is fully online and free.
Simply access the tool in the language you prefer (English, French, Bulgarian, Italian, Greek), complete the questionnaire and view (and save!) your results instantly.
