E-learning
29 November - 13 December 2025 | Hungary
The activity is based on MORE (Mediation on Responsibilities and Exploitation), an educational role-play designed for the field of non-formal learning and youth work. It simulates an international negotiation around a migration crisis in the fictional country of Enotria. Participants step into roles such as a UN mediator, government representatives, NGO actors, or journalists, and work through different phases of negotiation, informal meetings, and media influence.
Through this safe and creative setting, participants experience the complexity of decision-making, conflict management, and intercultural dialogue. The method helps them to explore empathy, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership, while reflecting on how values, power, and media shape public opinion and policy.

The activity runs online in two short webinars (intro + role-play/debrief) or in single 3-hour workshops. It combines role-play, storytelling, and guided debrief to ensure deep learning. The sessions are facilitated by experienced trainers who guide participants through the preparation, play, and reflection phases.
This opportunity is aimed at youth workers, educators, trainers, teachers, NGO staff, volunteers, and young leaders who are active in the field of formal non-formal education. The online setting makes it easy to join from anywhere, while the interactive method ensures active participation and peer learning.
The event will take place if there are at least 7 registered participants and will host a maximum of 14 participants per session, to guarantee quality interaction and space for everyone’s contribution.
