Maker Education in Youth Work

Training Course

22-28 February 2021 | Tirana, Albania

We are offering two one-week-long courses during 2021 in February and April. They are targeted towards youth practitioners and will give them the opportunity to learn about Maker Education and how to apply these concepts in youth work.

Maker education is a problem-based and project-based approach to learning. It emphasizes the use of low-tech and high-tech gadgets, a trial-and-error mindset, and it encourages learners to develop 21st century skills such as communication, creativity and problem solving.

Our project is providing 2 opportunities for youth workers to explore maker education, exchange on these topics with individuals from across Europe and brainstorm new tools, methods and techniques relevant to this field.
