Training Course

The researches shows that inclusive entrepreneurship can be a beneficial solution to tackle the problem of youth unemployment, and the role of youth workers is irreplaceable to empower young people.

Therefore, the project will apply inclusive entrepreneurship to achieve personal, social and employment integration of young people with fewer opportunities by providing a space for youth workers to share knowledge of entrepreneurship and tailor-made methodologies in an international context and focusing on exploring and exchanging good practices.The goal of the project will be achieved through the following specific objectives:

  • Increasing the innovative entrepreneurial knowledge of 22 youth workers through nonformal education and preparing them to transfer the acquired good practices to their peers in their local communities and apply them in their daily work with disadvantaged youth;
  • Equipping 22 youth workers with the necessary tools to work with young people (especially NEETs) to foster their initiative spirit and prepare them to increase their ability to actively participate in society and develop their own enterprises;
  • Building international cooperation and increasing the existing networks, enhancing the capacity of 6 NGOs through creating a common online platform to exchange experience and practices.

Costs

Participation fee

COSI is not asking for any participants' fee. 

Accommodation and food

The project is co-founded by Erasmus+ Programme.
Accommodation, food, traveling, materials costs
are fully covered.

Travel reimbursement

The reimbursement process will take place after the mobility, within approx. 30 days, to the partner organisation bank account.


However, we will reimburse participants after: collecting all the travel documents (tickets, boarding passes, invoices), filling the reimbursement form, filling the final Mobility Tools online evaluation, and only if the participants were actively involved in the whole duration.

The travel max. budget limit is:

- Italy and Latvia - 275 Euro per participant;

- Bulgaria - 210 Euro per participant with green travel;

- France and Spain - 360 Euro per participant;

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
