Training Course

6-12 January 2020 | Mõedaka, Estonia

TC Improve You(th) will host 21 participants and will take place in Mõedaka (Estonia), from 6th to 12 of January 2020, aiming to training youth workers and youth activists about organising youth exchange.

The objectives of this training course are...

* Provide youth workers with know-how for planning and developing youth exchanges and improving their project management competences focusing on each phase of the project life, partnership and communication;

* Increase the understanding of different quality aspects of youth exchanges such as: project design connecting topics, objectives and activities, cooperation with partners, intercultural learning, learning assessment, impact and results;

* Provide introduction to the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme, focusing on main features and priorities (mainly for newcomers to the programme);

* Critically reflect upon their previous international youth exchange experience(s) - good and bad practices- as coordinators or as partners.

Costs

Participation fee

This TC does not have a participation fee.

Accommodation and food

This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme. This project provide accommodation, food, local transport (if necessary) and all material for the sessions. The participants are responsable about the insurance. This TC was approved by the Estonian National Youth Agency.

Travel reimbursement

According to the Programme Erasmus+, travel costs are covered 100% up to the maximum amount defined on the base of the kilometric distance from sending organisation town to the project place, following EU Distance Calculator: 20€ - Estonia |180€ - Latvia l 275€ - Lithuania, Bulgaria l 530€ - Spain, Portugal l 360€ - Cyprus. This budget is for the complete travel, from home to the venue of the TC, in Mõedaka, Estonia, including local transport.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
