Green Skills 4 Future

Training Course

28 September - 5 October 2025 | Spain

Green Skills 4 Future is a two-stage international training for youth workers to explore green jobs and sustainability practices. Learn, connect, and get empowered to guide young people in embracing eco-friendly choices. Spain & Czech Republic

Green Skills 4 Future is a two-stage international training course designed for youth workers, educators, and active individuals working in the field of non-formal learning. The project focuses on building competences related to sustainability and green careers, helping youth workers inspire young people to make environmentally responsible choices.

  • The first stage will take place in Spain (28 Sept – 5 Oct 2025), introducing the concept of green economy, sustainable lifestyles, and climate resilience. Participants will engage in interactive sessions, peer learning, and field activities in a Mediterranean coastal setting.
  • The second stage, held in the Czech Republic (12–20 June 2026), will deepen participants’ knowledge through practical workshops and study visits. They will connect with local communities, reflect on their learning, and explore ways to implement green skills in their work with youth.

Both stages are open to individuals 18+, especially youth workers, educators, and people with fewer opportunities. The training is fully funded by Erasmus+, with a symbolic participation fee of 50 EUR per stage.

Participants must commit to attending both stages. Priority is given to those actively working with young people and committed to promoting sustainability through non-formal education.
