Mentoring is a key element of success on EVS projects. For this reason, we decided to set up a training adapted to the reality and needs of mentors and tutors. The aim is to increase the quality of sending and hosting EVS projects.
Objectives:
Training "The major functions of tutoring in international mobility"
- Learn to better understand the role of the tutor (who is the tutor? What has to be done and how?)
- Learn about Erasmus + and especially about EVS
- Get answers to technical / practical issues
- Exchange experiences, questions
- To develop tools, methods for his role as mentor or tutor
- Know the different projects
- Build a local dynamic partnership around the EVS
Contents
Training will include working in workshops on preparing for sending, on support to facilitate the integration and monitoring the volunteers on its hosting project, conflict management, and various practical aspects related to mentorship. You will find enclosed the detailed program of the session

Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
For participants supported by the French NA, 50€ will be asked as participation fee
