The Evaluation Meeting "Role of Youth in Action in Youth work Development" will gather representatives from 47 organisations which are involved in provision of youth work in different contexts and used the Youth in Action programme in the past years.
The Evaluation Meeting "Role of Youth in Action in Youth work Development" will gather representatives from 47 organizations which are involved in provision of youth work in different contexts and were using the Youth in Action programme in the past years. This project is a result of a need for more systematic evaluation after 7 years so to assess the effectiveness and to identify the shortcomings. The meeting will aim to evaluate the level of development of local youth work (quality systems, efficiency) and to identify the good practices and the shortcomings from the work so far. Having such an evaluation meeting gathering very active organizations from entire Europe will also be chance to explore the existing opportunities and obstacles for development of Europe-wide youth work recognition systems. The evaluation meeting will gather youth workers and youth leader to discuss and bring conclusion on the impact of Youth in Action in the Youth Work Development in the past years. Were the training courses supportive for the local youth leaders, is EVS contributing to local youth work, are youth exchanges an added value to the work provided in youth center. The event will open these and other questions, bringing conclusions and recommendations that will be guiding point to set realistic and achievable objectives for the new programme Erasmus+, based on the needs of the young people and the local youth work reality. Final outcome of the Evaluation meeting will be a conference in which the participant of the meeting will meet local youth workers, organizations and institutions. Profile of the Participants:  Youth workers or youth leaders that already have implemented Youth in Action Activities  Youth workers or youth leaders that have understanding of the Youth in Action programme and its objectives and priorities  Already have experience in working with young people, organizing initiatives and projects  Be committed to attend for the full duration of the seminar and be supported by a youth organisation  Be aged between 18 and 35  Competently able to work in English language

The Centre for Intercultural Dialogue (CID) is a non-governmental, non-profit youth organization that works on regional level in Macedonia. It was formed in May 2006 by active youth leaders and youth workers from Kumanovo. CID works for society of intercultural dialogue, active citizenship and sustainable development where all people live together with mutual respect.
CID works with young people and citizens from diverse religious, ethnic, national and other beliefs following the principle that young people are creators and beneficiaries of our activities. CID also works with public administration as well as all stakeholders involved in inter-community dialogue and sustainable community development on local, national and international level.
The Center for Intercultural Dialogue is member of 3 international networks and actively contributes on the dialogue and promoting citizenship on European and Global level. CID is member of Service Civil International (SCI), Youth for Exchange and Understanding (YEU), and UNITED against racism

Costs

Accommodation Board and lodging are provided and paid for by the organizers; Participation fee: 30 Euros! Travel cost and reimbursement: Please do not do any reservation of tickets before you get a confirmation of participation for the evaluation meeting. 70% of travel costs will be reimbursed only for the cheapest way of transport. The travel cost will be reimbursed by bank transfer, after submitting all original tickets and recipes. Unfortunately no cash payments will be possible for travel reimbursements. Only participants who fully 100 % attend the evaluation meeting will be reimbursed. All participants will be reimbursed after submitting all original tickets and receipts. The travel reimbursement will not be done on the spot, but after the return of the participants to their homes and after they send the original tickets to the hosting organization. Reimbursements will be done preferably to the sending organizations of the participants. Additional information about reimbursement will be provided to all selected participants within the travel info sheet The participants should use the cheapest way of transport (Bus, Train, plane-economic class).

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
