European Youth Work Academy - Training of Leaders edition

Training Course

12-19 February 2016 | Belgrade, Serbia

Learn to organise and moderate international Youth Exchanges, coordinate volunteers, motivate and support young people. Become youth leader on second edition of European Youth Work Academy.
Training of Leaders (TOL) is second of three mobilities in total within project European Youth Work Academy. This training will involve future or youth workers with limited experience that are and will be in charge in their organisations to work directly with young people in local community or on international projects, including Youth Exchanges. After activity participants will be ready to plan and implement youth exchange, provide high quality work as youth leaders on youth exchanges, able to recognise and ensure support to young people with fewer opportunities in order to enable their undisturbed participation and involvement in activities. Costs

Accommodation and food will be covered by hosting organisation. 100% of travel costs will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+. More information about limits per country and reimbursement rules can be found on www.youthworkacademy.eu under the section "Participare". No participation fee will be charged by hosting organisation.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
