EMpowering Youth Final Conference

Conference – Symposium - Forum

The event is an opportunity to showcase the project results and to reflect on the future of intercultural EuroMed exchanges. Even if the pandemic has restricted the possibilities for mobility in the youth sector, new interesting scenarios have emerged.

In the framework of the project “EMpowering Youth” funded by the Anna Lindh Foundation and the European Union (Call for Proposals 2020 - Initiatives of Intercultural Dialogue) and coordinated by CCIVS in cooperation with 3 European partners and 4 partners from the MENA region, we are organising a Final Conference, scheduled on September, 30th, from 15:00 to 16:00 CET.

The event will be an opportunity to showcase the results of the project and to reflect on the future of intercultural EuroMed exchanges in the future years. Even if the pandemic has restricted the possibilities for mobility in the youth sector, new interesting scenarios have emerged (development of digital tools, strengthening awareness of global issues, new online educational formats). We would like to discuss these issues involving participants of the Conference in break-out rooms, in order to share different perspectives. Finally, we will conclude the event with a short round of speeches.
