Training Course
13-17 March 2023 | Sofia, Bulgaria
EmoTrain will gather up to 30 teachers and youth workers from Bulgaria and Latvia, aiming to raise their psychological balance for their motivation to work in youth sector. As the result we foresee our target group to be more calm, stable, happy and inspiring creative role models for the young people they work with. The training methodology combines emotional intelligence, neurographica and non-formal education.
Thanks to the project the participants will:
-Understand what Emotional Intelligence is and why it’s important
-Know different methods and tools (combination of neurographica, emotional intelligence training tools and non-formal education) for dealing with stress and strong emotions
-Know different methods and tools for improving own mental health
-Be able to apply new methods and tools in their work with young people
-Get inspiration and create new working methods themselves

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ rules based on distance calculator:
For participants from Bulgaria 0 EUR;
for participants from Latvia up to 275 EUR.
