E+qualizer: from Equality to Equity

Training Course

13-22 July 2026 | Pińczów, Poland

The project focuses on promoting equality, combating discrimination and stereotypes, and equipping participants with practical tools and methods to create more inclusive communities.

This training course is designed for youth workers, trainers, educators, and youth leaders who want to strengthen their competencies in non-formal education and social inclusion.

E+qualizer: From Equality to Equity is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Pińczów, Poland from 13–22 July 2026. The project brings together participants from Poland, Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Romania, and Cyprus with the aim of strengthening the capacities of youth workers, educators, trainers, teachers, and youth leaders in the field of non-formal education and inclusion.

The main objective of the project is to raise awareness about discrimination, prejudice, stereotypes, equality, equity, and social inclusion while increasing the professional competencies of youth workers. Through non-formal education methods, participants will explore different educational approaches and learn how these methods can complement each other in youth work practice. The project also aims to equip participants with practical educational tools, manuals, activities, and methodologies that can later be implemented in their local communities and organisations.

The training course promotes intercultural learning, active participation, and exchange of good practices between participants from different cultural and social backgrounds. Activities will include workshops, simulations, role-playing, group discussions, experiential learning activities, and collaborative reflection sessions focused on equality, inclusion, and democratic values. Participants will also develop competencies in facilitating inclusive educational environments and supporting young people facing exclusion or discrimination.
