Youth workers are people with dreams and ambitions, and the Erasmus+ framework can provide the support to realize them. However, it can be a daunting task both for youth workers and new organizations to navigate the sea that is Erasmus+.

Objectives
-prepare Youth Workers to engage in youth work inside the Erasmus+ framework
-exchange of best practices between organizations in the field of youth work
