DELEPO 3.0 (Discover and Leverage Your Leadership Potential) is a 6-day Erasmus+ Training Course designed to empower youth workers, educators, and project managers to become confident leaders and skilled project writers in the digital era.
Building on the success of DELEPO 1.0 and 2.0, this third edition integrates Artificial Intelligence, digital tools, and innovative methodologies to help participants design high-impact, fundable, and sustainable projects aligned with the priorities of the European Union.

About the Project

DELEPO 3.0 (Discover and Leverage Your Leadership Potential) is a 6-day Erasmus+ Training Course designed to empower youth workers, educators, and project managers to become confident leaders and skilled project writers in the digital era.

Building on the success of DELEPO 1.0 and 2.0, this third edition integrates Artificial Intelligence, digital tools, and innovative methodologies to help participants design high-impact, fundable, and sustainable projects aligned with the priorities of the European Union.

Objectives

DELEPO 3.0 aims to:

  • Strengthen youth workers’ and educators’ leadership and strategic project management skills.
  • Provide practical training on project design and writing for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps funding.
  • Integrate AI, data analysis, and digital collaboration tools in the project lifecycle.
  • Promote entrepreneurial thinking and challenge-based learning (CBL).
  • Encourage inclusive, sustainable, and tech-driven youth initiatives.

Who Can Apply

A total of 18 participants + 2 trainers will take part in this activity.

Already booked and confirmed:

  • 2 participants + 2 trainers are nominated by ABARKA ONGD (Spain).
  • 8 seats are reserved for ESIRA Network partners.

Pending for this open call:

  • 8 seats are open for external applicants, preferably:
  • Project managers or educators from schools (ages 6–11 and 12–17).
  • Youth officers from municipalities or local youth departments.
  • Professionals interested in digital transformation, youth work innovation, or EU project design.

Eligible applicant countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

Participant Profile

We’re looking for motivated participants who:

  • Have basic experience in youth work or project management.
  • Want to improve their project writing, leadership, and digital competences.
  • Are ready to actively engage in interactive sessions, AI tools, and group challenges.
  • Can communicate in English (+B2 level).
  • Are committed to applying the learning outcomes in their organizations or communities like writing and apply at least 1 project for 2026 deadlines of February, march and April or any local grant by 3 months after the Training Course.

Learning Approach

DELEPO 3.0 uses a learning-by-doing and challenge-based methodology.
During the course, participants will:

  • Develop their own Erasmus+ project ideas.
  • Practice AI-assisted project writing using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Miro.
  • Explore leadership and teamwork models (Agile, SCRUM, Lean Startup).
  • Learn monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability techniques for youth projects.
  • Pitch their final project to an expert panel and receive feedback.
  • Each participant will receive a Youthpass certificate at the end of the course.

Venue & Accommodation

The training will take place in Urnieta, a peaceful town surrounded by the green landscapes of the Basque Country (Spain), just a few kilometers from San Sebastián.
Participants will stay in a fully equipped training centre offering shared rooms, full board, and a comfortable environment ideal for learning and collaboration.

Costs & Funding

This Training Course is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (Key Action 1: Mobility of Youth Workers).

  • Accommodation, meals, and training materials are fully covered.
  • Travel costs will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the submission of travel documents.
  • No participation fee is required.

Accommodation and food

Fully funded. Participants will be hosted in shared rooms (3-4). Full meals are provided (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), and a coffee break. Barbecue space available. For our bohemian corner style, each evening and dinner, three countries will be cooking their traditional dishes and drinks for the rest of the participants. Please bring some ingredients with you. This is a training you have never experienced before.
